Arc Forward's vision is to advance under-represented entrepreneurs, creators, and business owners to succeed in retail. We are intentional in our mission and demonstrate this by relaying our profits as a means to a greater end: positive impact for employees, the environment, and the communities in which we live. To achieve this vision, Arc Forward directly funds three strategic community based initiatives: affordable housing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion development training and financial literacy for the youth. We intend to make significant impact on society and the environment and by doing so, we will create a more equitable and sustainable future for all.
